(August 13, 2025) – Irvine Company today announced a partnership with DineAmic Hospitality —the group behind Lyra, Bar La Rue, Siena Tavern and more—to develop and operate a trio of dynamic culinary experiences at its iconic trophy tower at 300 North LaSalle. This collaboration includes an expansive riverfront restaurant and bar, a luxurious private lounge for customers of the building, and a lobby-level coffee bar as part of Irvine Company’s ongoing $37 million investment plan at the property.
DineAmic Hospitality will operate three distinct concepts:
- An elevated Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and bar, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in a scenic riverfront setting, opening summer 2026 (more information coming early next year)
- A luxurious private lounge and event space located next to the restaurant on the river level, offering first-class restaurant-standard food, service, and hospitality for 300 North LaSalle customers, opening summer 2026
- A Greek-inspired coffee and pastry bar in the main lobby, featuring fresh, from-scratch pastries, sandwiches, and craft coffee, opening early 2026

The new dining amenities, complementing existing establishments at the property such as Chicago Cut Steakhouse, also reflect Irvine Company’s ongoing commitment to strategic reinvestment in its Chicago portfolio, including a recently completed $10 million investment at One North Wacker.
