  • Continued strong leasing activity brings the iconic building in Century City to 82% leased

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (December 5, 2022) — Irvine Company announced today it has signed more than 92,000 square feet in leases at the iconic building 2121 Avenue of the Stars, the 34-story office tower in the heart of Century City.

Some of the new customers include:

  • Katten, a full-service law firm, leased 46,430 square feet, represented by Clay Hammerstein of CBRE
  • Gursey Schneider LLP, a premier Los Angeles-based accounting firm, leased 23,300 square feet, represented by Clay Hammerstein and Danny Rees of CBRE
  • Gondim Law Corporation, a leading immigration law firm, leased 22,400 square feet, represented by Carol Roth of Commercial Realty Partners

This is the latest activity at the building for Irvine Company, which in April announced 70,000 square feet of leasing to institutional investment firm SSI Investment Management LLC and the law firms Robins Kaplan LLP and Miller Barondess LLP.
