Irvine Co. purchased the 19-building Alton Plaza as part of its effort to enhance the Irvine Spectrum area. The developer plans to revitalize the 216,000-square-foot campus on Alton Parkway near the Irvine train station. When completed, roughly 700 employees from 25 companies will have modern indoor and outdoor work spaces designed to foster innovation and collaboration, the Irvine Co. stated in a release.

The six new deals at 200 Spectrum Center Drive bring the building up to 93 percent leased, just one year after opening. Tenants include innovators in tech, co-working, gaming, law, finance and automotive.
The property is currently 95 percent leased to technology, medical device, research and development, real estate and engineering companies.
The 21-story tower is now 93 percent leased.
Six new deals totaling 50,000 square feet brought Irvine Co.’s 200 Spectrum Center Drive up to 93% leased just one year after the 21-story building opened in Irvine, CA. The largest of the transactions at the 426,000-square-foot property includes a 22,000-square-foot expansion by Crown Castle, and a 14,000-square-foot deal with Neudesic.
